Find "Show My QR Code" in the list of available filters and click to activate it.

Removing the App

Important: Data Removal Notice

When you remove Show My QR Code from your Zoom account, all your QR code data, settings, and preferences will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. If you reinstall the app later, you'll need to reconfigure all your settings.

Method 1: Remove via Zoom Settings
The easiest way to remove the app from your account
  1. Open Zoom and go to your Settings (gear icon)
  2. Navigate to the "Apps" or "Zoom Apps" section
  3. Find "Show My QR Code" in your installed apps list
  4. Click on the app and select "Remove" or "Uninstall"
  5. Confirm the removal when prompted
Method 2: Remove via Zoom Marketplace
Alternative method through the web interface
  1. Visit the Zoom Marketplace in your web browser
  2. Sign in with your Zoom account
  3. Go to "My Apps" or "Installed Apps"

If you want to completely remove all traces of the app from your system:

Mac: Open Terminal and run:
rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/zoom.us/data/VirtualForeground_Custom/save.png

Windows: Open Command Prompt and run:
del "%appdata%\Zoom\data\VirtualForeground_Custom\save.png"

This removes any locally stored QR code data. You may also want to clear your Zoom app cache in Settings → Zoom Apps → Clear Cache.
